Counselling & Psychotherapy
in West London & Online
Taking the first step to explore therapy is a big decision - so I’m glad you have found your way here. Maybe you are feeling stuck, unsure, overwhelmed, out of control, depressed or anxious?
For some, therapy is a space to understand themselves more deeply, to find clarity and direction; for others, it’s a place to work through a life crisis or painful past experiences.
There is no right reason to begin. Together, we can explore what brings you to therapy.
About me
Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in both marketing and in the wellness industry. I have lived not only in the UK but also in Europe and the USA. My history has and continues to influence my therapeutic work and informs how I attend to both the mind and body of my clients.
I work in an integrative and relational way. This means that I draw on different therapeutic modalities. I will tailor my approach to you and check in regularly to see how our therapy is working for you.
I often draw on:
Relational Therapy: Using the relationship with me to understand your way of relating to other people in your life.
Childhood Adversity and Abuse Work: Understanding how painful past experiences may have influenced your approach to life today.
Transpersonal and Existential: Exploring topics such as meaning, spirituality and change - especially when you may be confronted with illness, bereavement and death.
Parts Work: Understanding different parts of the self and learning to be interested in our own experience, building self-esteem and setting boundaries.

Training & Experience
I completed my training at the Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading institutes for counselling & psychotherapy training. This training is not just academical, but also included extensive personal development and clinical experience.
I have worked with clients for several years and have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and complex family dynamics. This includes experience in how different cultural backgrounds may affect those living in the UK.
I have particular experience working with survivors of domestic abuse and violence. I have also worked with those processing grief and bereavement, including the loss of a beloved pet.
Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS at The Royal Marsden Hospital, offering psychological support to people affected by cancer.
I am a registered member (MBACP) of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
About Therapy
Therapy is different from most other services — it’s a process that unfolds over time. Once we decide to work together, we’ll usually meet weekly, at the same time each week. This regularity helps to create a sense of safety and continuity.
Sessions are normally held face to face, as being in the same room allows for a fuller sense of connection. However, if meeting in person isn’t possible, I also offer sessions online.
Therapy asks for a commitment — of time, attention, and financial investment. It’s completely normal to have mixed feelings about that commitment, or about starting therapy at all. These feelings are even something we can explore together. The consistency of showing up, even when it feels uncertain or challenging, often forms the foundation for meaningful change.
I often work with clients long-term, however, some people come with a specific focus, and we can agree on an initial number of sessions before reviewing together.
How to get started
Exploratory call: I offer a free 15-minute phone call as an opportunity for us to briefly connect and explore what has brought you to consider therapy at this time. This is a chance for you to ask any questions you might have, and for us both to get a sense of whether it feels right to take the next step together. There is no pressure to decide anything during this call — it's simply a gentle starting point.
Introductory Session: You may then decide to book in for your first session where we can speak in more detail and also discuss the timeframe and set-up of your therapy. Introductory sessions are £80 and last 50 minutes.
After that sessions are usually held weekly at the same time.
Occasionally I am able to offer more flexible arrangements.
I work with individual adults only.
Location & Accessibility
My practice is based in Chiswick, with good transport links. I also work out of Queens Park and Fulham.
