Taking the first step to explore therapy is a big decision - so I’m glad you have found your way here. Maybe you are feeling stuck, unsure, overwhelmed, out of control, depressed or anxious?
For some, therapy is a space to understand themselves more deeply, to find clarity and direction; for others, it’s a place to work through a life crisis or painful past experiences.

There is no right reason to begin. Together, we can explore what brings you to therapy.

About me

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in both marketing and in the wellness industry. I have lived not only in the UK but also in Europe and the USA. My history has and continues to influence my therapeutic work and informs how I attend to both the mind and body of my clients.

I work in an integrative and relational way. This means that I draw on different therapeutic modalities. I will tailor my approach to you and check in regularly to see how our therapy is working for you.

Find out more about me >> here.

I trained at The Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading institutes for counselling and psychotherapy. My training included academic study, extensive personal work and several years of clinical practice.

I have worked with clients for several years and have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties and complex family dynamics, including how cultural and racial backgrounds shape life in the UK. I have worked with survivors of domestic abuse, and with people navigating grief and bereavement, including the loss of a pet.

Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS at The Royal Marsden Hospital, offering psychological support to people affected by cancer.

I work in West London, with consulting rooms in Chiswick, Earl’s Court and Queen’s Park, all within a short walk of the nearest tube station. I offer morning, daytime and evening appointments, including some early morning and late evenings. I also offer online sessions, if we can’t meet in person.

Fees range from £70–£90 depending on time and location, with a small number of lower-cost online sessions also available.
You’re welcome to ask about fees, accessibility needs or practical details when we first speak.

How to get started

I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can briefly connect, discuss what brings you to therapy and answer any initial questions. If it feels right to continue, you can book your first 50-minute session, where we talk in more depth and agree on the set-up of your therapy. Ongoing sessions are usually weekly at the same time, though occasional flexibility is possible.

I work with individual adults only.

If you’re curious about starting therapy, I invite you to get in touch. You can email me with as much or as little information as you like, including the location and time you’re hoping for. I know reaching out can feel like a big step, so I aim to reply within 24 hours, usually sooner.
